As most of you are aware we had a new wave of promotions last night. We tried something a little different this time and had the Senior Server Staff make some suggestions for people who would be acceptable admins.

We ended up adding a whopping ten Junior Admins!!!

We also promoted two Juniors to Senior!!

So a year ago Haze posted this topic about how our servers stood and how popular they are. We were looking pretty good and I thought that the people of c4a would like to see where we stand now, after all the changes.

Here we are with another round of promotions!

This time we have brought Mr. Giggles full swing into the Senior Server Staff. He has been a constant help in reporting players breaking our rules and does a damn good job of keeping a level head in situations.

We also brought aboard two players that have helped c4a in other ways. Mr.PeeTree` has been donating monthly to our servers for quite some time now and Domo Arigato Mr. Roboto has always been active and mature here at c4a. We welcome them both to the Junior Server Staff!!!

We also would like to welcome back one of our first FB Events Staff members: Mr. Quad! He had some recent inactivity but has started playing again so we thought reinstatement would be a nice welcoming gift!

Please congratulate these four as they have done well to earn these positions.

From all of the Directors,

This is a fair warning to everyone here at Cause4Alarm. As of late, there have been a lot of inter-staff tension and arguments. We have had almost daily issues between members, staff, as well as Directors over the smallest debates, to rules, to on goings on our servers and our site. We have seen dozens of page among page threads about the rules, and the way we handle situations here at C4A, as well as debates on smaller issues such as the Football Mod.

We have had issues with multiple members as well as a few staff, and we have done our best to handle these situations in the most appropriate way possible. We have definitely learned that many people hold different opinions on each subject that has been discussed and debated.

What I am here to say is that we are to a point where we are no longer running the services here at C4A, but we are getting to the point of babysitting people. This simply will not do. For the time being, we are going to squash these situations as they arise and try to settle these ongoing disputes among people here in the community.

We may not be able to please everyone, but we are going to do what is necessary from here on out. If you are not mature enough to handle yourself accordingly, then you will be removed.
